1. Who may use TopHub
TopHub is a private, members-only platform. Access is granted only to individuals holding a valid, paid MCG Hub membership or an equivalent paid Top1Per product, and only for the duration of that membership.
Accounts are personal. You must not share your login credentials, session links or launch links with any other person or organisation.
2. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
You must notify Top1Per immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend access without notice where we detect credential sharing, automated scraping or other suspicious activity.
3. Licence and permitted use
Top1Per grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access TopHub and the connected applications for your own professional development.
You must not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute any part of the platform, its content or its outputs, nor use it to build a competing product.
4. Suspension and termination
Access ends automatically when your membership expires, is cancelled or is refunded. We may also suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, fraudulent payment activity, or misuse of the connected applications.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund of membership fees except where required by law or under our refund policy.
5. No professional advice
The applications provide guidance, tools and AI-generated suggestions for career, habit and engineering learning purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical or certified engineering advice, and you remain responsible for decisions you take.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Applications may be added, changed or withdrawn as the ecosystem evolves.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced inside TopHub.
